MEAT MINCER & SAUSAGE STUFFER:

Make your own mince, sausages, meatballs, patties or mince pies at home with this heavy duty stainless steel meat mincer / grinder that also turns into a sausage filler.

TESTED BY APPROVED BY BUTCHERS:

We searched the globe for a tough, durable and fast food mincer that is suitable for whole animal processing and home sausage making, then we got some butchers to put it through it's paces, just to be sure it was up to scratch.

TOUGH STAINLESS STEEL BODY:

When it comes to food equipment, food grade stainless steel is the ultimate material. It is tough, durable, non-porous (so more hygienic), easy to clean and corrosion resistant.

850W MOTOR for faster grinding (note the motor on a Kitchen Aid is 325W).

SPEED: Capacity to grind 250kg per hour or 4.2kg per minute. Note this machine only has one speed, which may be quite fast for the novice sausage maker when filling your sausages. For beginners, we recommend a manual sausage filler.

GRINDING PLATES:

Comes with 4mm (finely ground mince), 6mm and 8mm (coarsely ground mince) grinder plates, suitable for most mince and sausages. For more info about grinding meat for sausages see our blog. The large feeder chute also means less cubing & dicing.

ACCESSORIES:

3 x stainless steel blades -

1x food pusher (to safely push your mince down the mincing hole)

3x sausage filling nozzle (15mm, 20mm & 23mm). -
