1. Warranty Coverage

We warrants this electric iron against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of 6 months from the date of original retail purchase.

During the warranty period, if a defect arises in the internal heating element, soleplate thermostat, steam generator, anti-drip valve, or temperature control dial,We will, at our option:

Repair the iron at no charge using new or refurbished parts.

Replace the product with a new or functionally equivalent unit.

2. Commercial & Non-Residential Usage Clause

This product is designed and manufactured strictly for domestic household indoor use.

Standard Exclusion: Standard consumer warranty coverage is null and void if the iron is used in commercial, industrial, institutional, or heavy communal environments (including, but not limited to, dry cleaners, commercial laundries, tailors, fashion design studios, hotels, or garment factories).

Limited Commercial Warranty: For units purchased specifically for commercial, tailor shop, or dry-cleaning environment use, warranty coverage is limited strictly to ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase, covering internal mechanical and electrical defects only. Rapid wear and soleplate scratching caused by continuous daily cycle operations are excluded.
