How are the rugs packed?

EiFESS fluffy rugs are vacuum packed. The area rug will appear thin,it has creases and the rug fibers don't look fluffy. Due to the restrictions imposed by logistics companies on the size of parcels,these rugs are vacuum packed, they need to be put flat for a week to recover to their original thickness, we are very sorry to bring you some inconvenience.

How to clean the EiFESS fuzzy rug?

For the dust, you can just shaking off the surface or vacuum cleaning. It is recommended that you use vacuum cleaner, hand wash to prolong serve life.

How to care for fluffy area rugs?

After cleaning, when drying, it could be placed in a cool and ventilated place. Drying can be accelerated with a hair dryer too.
