There is no external independent power supply to directly supply power beyond 30V, which leads to the ing of the product. (To repeat, we conduct 100% factory test) According to various questions frequently raised by customers, we e the following summary and reference:

Note: For meters with a measuring range of 50A or 100A, no matter whether the measured current is le than 10A, the s must be connected to measure the current! Otherwise, the meter head will be t.

The voltage display is normal, and the current display is 0.00 or 0.0

e sure that the thiblawire is connected to the negative pole of the battery and the thired wire is connected to the negative pole of the load. (Note that the wiring of discharge is different from that of charge. See the concept of load and power supply at the end.). (The meter head uses the ed chip, which has been strictly d and calibrated before delivery to ensure that 100% of the meter leaves the factory without quality probl. 99.99% of the meter heads are incorrectly wired when the current display is 0. Please chethe wiring carefully and patiently.)

Inaccurate current display

If the direct or independent power supply shares the same ground with the equipment power supply, the fine blawire can be accurately disconnected.

No display when connected to the power supply

All AC rectified electricity must be connected to an electrolytic above 1000uF for filtering before supplying power to the meter.

Judge whether the meter head is good or bad (the following are two cases of normal meter head)

Without s, connect the thin red wire and thin blawire to the power supply. The current of the meter with a range of 50A displays 50.0~59.9, and the meter with a range of 100A displays 100~109;

Connect the s, connect the thin red wire and thin blawire to the power supply, and the current of the meter with a range of 50A will display 0.00, and the meter with a range of 100A will display 0.0;

Other precaution

The current can only be measured in series at the negative pole of the power supply and the negative pole of the load.

Voltage range: the power supply voltage range of the five wire meter is 4~28V, that is, the voltage connected to the thin red wire cannot exceed 28V.

Concept of load and power supply

When discharging: battery, switching power supply and nsformer are power supply, and resistance, electric lamp, motor and electric equipment are loads.

When charging: charger, and solar energy are the power supply, while charging pool and battery are the load.
