Note:
A newly purchased battery or a battery has not been used for a long time is in hibernation mode. First put the battery on the drone to charge it to wake it from hibernation, and then use the charging hub to check the battery level or charge. The battery in hibernation mode is put into the charging hub, and the hub does not respond.
