Induction heating is the process of heating an electrically conducting object, usually a metal, by electromagnetic induction, through heat generated in the object by eddy currents. An induction heater consists of an electronic oscillator that passes a high-frequency alternating current through the electromagnet. The rapidly alternating magnetic field penetrates the object, generating electric currents inside the conductor called eddy currents and generating heat.

Notice:
This item don`t
provide the power supply, buyer need to find a 24V to 36V DC power
supply, (Not less than 350W. More than 15A without losing voltage).
If power by storage battery, must add a ampere meter for supervision,
and to see if the input current is in the normal range(under 20A).
Use for DIY small parts made of steel hardening, annealing
below the melting point of 1100 ℃ metal smelting, DIY small cooker and
so on.
Only direct heating a steel material ( the magnet can
be adsorbed material). Gold, silver, copper, aluminum can not be
directly heated, need to match the graphite crucible melting.
Work brass heating will need to use a lot of water circulation
cooling. Without water circulating cooling are possible, but will burn
into a black vortex brass, it will not be much affected.
