DC power filter circuit introduction: The circuit is composed of three parts, the first part is a first-level LC filter circuit, the second part is a common mode EMI filter, and the third part is a second-level LC filter circuit.

The PCB specification is FR4 42X77X1.6MM, the shortest design of the high current circuit, the short path, can withstand higher current, and have le interference to the outside world.

The inductors are available in four specifications: 2A, 4A, 10A, and 20A.

Input: DC does not exceed 50V (higher voltage can be improved by replacing electrolytic capacitors)

Output: DC.
