CRYSOPTIC EYE DROPS , is a sterile ophthalmic solution containing Sodium Cromoglicate - a mast cell stabilizer for topical administration into the eyes.
Sodium cromoglicate eye drops relieve the symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis by inhibiting the release of a chemical called histamine and various membrane derived mediators of inflammation from mast cells. They are suitable for use in adults and children.
COMPOSITION :Each ml contains:Sodium Cromoglicate BP 20mgBenzalkonium Chloride Solution BP 0.02% w/vSterile Aqueous Base q.s.
USES;Is used in different allergic conditions like;

Vernal keratoconjunctivitis
Vernal conjunctivitis
Giant papillary conjunctivitis
Vernal keratitis
Keratoconjunctivitis
Blepharitis
Blepharoconjunctivitis

PRECAUTION

For the eye only.
Do not wearing contact lenses while using this product, as the preservative may damage the lens.
This product may not be suitable for you, if you are pregnant or intending to become pregnant, if are breast feeding a baby,if you allergic to the ingredients use, for these your doctor's advice is recommended.

HOW TO USE

Do not touch the container tip to the eye, lid, or other skin.
Shake well before use.
Wash hands before and after use.
Tilt your head back and drop drug into the eye.
After use, keep your eyes closed.
Put pressure on the inside corner of the eye. Do this for 1 to 2 minutes. This keeps the drug in your eye.
Put the cap back on after you are done using your dose.

Do not use if the solution is cloudy, leaking, or has particles. Do not use if solution changes color.
DOSAGE: 1 DROP 3 TIMES DAILY

DOSAGE AND CAUTION

Adults, children, infants: The normal dosage is 2 drops to be put in the affected eye ever 3 hours or as directed by your doctor.
Do not touch your eye with the dropper on the bottle as this may contaminate the drops.
Do not use after 4 weeks of opening the bottle.
If your eyes are still sore after using the eye drops, then stop using and tell your doctor.
If you get headaches, eye pain, difficulty seeing or any other unexpected effects whilst using this product , tell your doctor.
