What Is a Core Pulling Nail Gun?

A core pulling nail gun (also called a pull-core rivet gun or core extraction nailer) is a specialized fastening tool used to install core-pulling nails or rivets — fasteners that grip two materials together by pulling a central “core” or “mandrel” through the nail body to expand and lock it in place.
