Cordless Hair Clipper Blade Holder Replacement

This is a standard replacement blade holder for most cordless hair clippers, It’s small but essential part that connects your clipper’s motor to the blade, allowing the bottom blade to move back and forth for cutting.

Easy Installation Guide:

Step 1: Remove the Clipper Blades  

Use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the 2 screws holding the blade set. Lift the fixed and moving blades off the blade holder. Set screws aside.

Step 2: Remove the Adjustable / Taper Lever  

Unscrew and take off the side lever or taper lever on the side of the clipper. This gives you access to the inside parts.

Step 3: Take Off the Push Blade Bracket 

Remove the metal push blade bracket that sits over the blade holder. This is what pushes the moving blade back and forth.

Step 4: Replace the Blade Holder

Take out the old blade holder. Place the new one in position.  

*Important*: Make sure the tension spring goes _beneath the mounted hook_ inside the clipper housing. The spring gives the blade its movement and tension.

Step 5: Reassemble Everything

1.  Put the push blade bracket back on

2.  Reinstall the adjustable/taper lever and tighten

3.  Align the clipper blades and screw them back on to the blade holder

4.  Test the clipper. 

add a few drops of oil, the blade should move smoothly side to side.
