Developed with dermatologists, CeraVe Hydrating Toner hydrates and smooths the skin while removing any remaining makeup and impurities. How to Use

After cleansing skin, saturate a cotton pad or reusable cotton round. Apply to face with a cotton pad in sweeping motions. Use morning and/or evening.

Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
