A BMW 2-button key remote case (also known as a remote shell or fob case) is a replacement outer casing designed for older BMW models that use a two-button flip-key system. This is a cost-effective repair solution for car owners whose original key fob has become cracked, worn, or damaged, allowing them to restore their key to a like-new condition without the expense of purchasing and programming a new OEM key from a dealership .
