This device can be used by all sizes of organizations, it can be used as offices, schools, and churches. It is used for staff attendance;, with this device, manual attendance can be scrapped with this modern human bio-metrics (fingerprint) system.  This system is harder to beat and helps instill discipline and the staff.

Operation

After registration of staff with their fingerprint, one admin or multiple admins will be set on the device (they have access to the back end of the device). All employees place their fingerprint on the terminal at the resumption and close of work.

To generate a report, a USB flash drive is attached to the device,, and an Excel format report is generated showing staff name, staff department, clock-in time, and clock-out time. It also shows how many hours are required to work and how many hours the employee actually worked.

The report does not need any third-party software; it opens as in Excel format directly on the system. This Excel format is locked,, so third-party interference can take place on the report.

Unusual statistics: After setting the frequency and scheduling , you can also automatically generate a report of all workers' late,early-leave , and absent anomalies statistics and export to a USB disk.
Without software or a computer can automatically store the attendance record ,  and summary into the attendance record and late arrival statistics, and a variety of statistics can be output to the U disk in Excel format at the same time, convenient to query and edit on the computer to print.
