How to Use Flexi Rods

Flexi rods can be used on wet, damp, or dry hair, with damp hair generally producing tighter curls. 

• Preparation: Start with freshly washed, conditioned, and detangled hair. Apply a styling product like a mousse or styling cream to help set the curls.
• Sectioning: Divide your hair into small, manageable sections. The size of the section will determine the tightness of the curl (smaller sections for tighter curls).
• Wrapping: For each section, wrap the end of your hair around the middle of the rod a few times. Then, roll the rod up towards your scalp, ensuring the ends are tucked in neatly to prevent creasing.
• Securing: Once rolled to the root, bend the ends of the flexi rod to hold the hair securely in place.
• Drying: Allow your hair to air dry completely. This may take several hours or overnight. Ensure the hair is entirely dry before removal to make the curls last and avoid frizz.
• Removal and Styling: Gently unroll each rod. Separate the curls with your fingers or a pick for added volume and a more natural look.
