Follow these tips for safer swaddling1. Lay out the blanket on a flat surface, fold down the top corner of the blanket, p the baby face-up on the blanket, with head above the folded corner2. Straighten your baby’s left arm carefully, p baby’s left arm at their left side of their body, and pull the corner of the blanket on the baby’s left side acro their body, tuck it under their back on their right side, just below their right armpit3. Loosely fold up the bottom of the blanket to cover the baby’s feet, make sure the hips and legs can move freely(not too tight, or you can fit 2 or 3 fingers between the baby’s chest and the blanket)4. Tuck the other side of the blanket under the baby’s left side5. Completion
