How to Use:

Press the wire feed button, insert the bonding wire into the inlet, then secure the plate. Wait until the wire advances fully through the guide tube.

Connect the tool to the power supply, switch on, and allow it to preheat.

Once the tool reaches the optimal working temperature, gently press the trigger to begin your task.

To retract the wire, press the feed button while gently pulling the wire outward.

To replace the heating element: Open the cover, disconnect the heating component wires, remove the front tip, and install the new part.

Safety Guidelines:

The tip and metal components can reach temperatures of 480–600°C — handle with care.

Always place the tool on a dedicated stand during use to prevent accidents.

Do not use in high-risk or hazardous environments.

Keep the tool in a dry location, out of reach of children.

Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the tool. If parts or cables are damaged, contact a certified electronics repair specialist.

After use, turn off the power and allow the tool to cool completely to room temperature before storage.
