They are as important as vitamins, minerals and amino acids in helping our body to function properly, throughout our lives. EPA and DHA are long chain omega-3 fatty acids which can be found in oily fish such as salmon, mackerel, sardines and herring. Arctic Sea™ contains our very own combination of EPA and DHA from fish oil and squid oil. Both the fish and the squid oil come from Friend of the Sea-certified suppliers, in the name of sustainability.

Maintaining the balance between omega-3 and omega-6Since there is often more omega-6 than omega-3 in the food we eat today, we generally get far more omega-6 than omega-3.
