The Speed Control makes clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation possible.  Without the Speed Control the fans operate at one speed determined by the input voltage. The Speed Control outputs an adjustable 12 to 30 volts DC from an input 12volts DC. It has a voltage control potentiometer with an on - off switch and an output voltage reverse switch to reverse the fan's direction. It is overload protected by input and output self-resetting fuses.
