GUIDE TO PROPER USAGE

1. Wash, dry, and slice your fruits, vegetables, or meats into thin, uniform pieces.
2. Arrange sliced ingredients in a single layer across the 5 transparent drying trays, leaving space between pieces for airflow.
3. Stack the loaded trays securely onto the electric base unit and place the top cover lid on.
4. Plug into a power outlet, turn the control dial to turn on the machine, and allow hot air convection to dehydrate.
5. Once ingredients reach your desired dryness, switch off the unit, unplug, and store dried foods in airtight glass containers.
