Installation Instructions

⚠️ ELECTRICAL SAFETY WARNING: Turn off the electricity supply at the main circuit breaker before starting. Do not attempt installation with the power live. It is highly recommended to have this premium fixture installed by a licensed electrician due to the weight of the motor and crystals.

1. Ceiling Preparation & Bracket Installation

Ceiling Load Warning: Ensure your ceiling junction box or support structure can handle a dynamic weight of at least 35–40 kg.

Secure the heavy-duty steel mounting bracket directly to the ceiling joist or concrete ceiling using the provided expansion bolts (for concrete) or wood screws (for wooden beams).

2. Downrod and Motor Assembly

Feed the main electrical wires coming out of the fan motor up through the center of the selected downrod (usually comes with a short and long option depending on ceiling height).

Insert the downrod into the top of the motor housing, line up the hitch pin holes, insert the cross pin, and lock it firmly with the cotter pin. Tighten the exterior jam screws securely to prevent wobbling.

Slide the golden canopy cover and the decorative coupling cover onto the downrod.

3. Hanging and Wiring the Fan

Lift the assembled fan motor and rest the nylon ball joint of the downrod inside the ceiling mounting bracket cup. Rotate the motor until the groove on the ball drops into the ridge on the bracket (this locks it in place).

Place the remote control receiver module inside the mounting bracket.

Connect the household wiring to the receiver input, and the receiver output to the fan motor wires, matching the corresponding color codes (Live to Live, Neutral to Neutral, Ground to Ground) using secure wire connectors.

4. Light Kit and Crystal Installation

Secure the integrated LED light panel kit to the bottom of the motor housing base via the magnetic mounts or structural screws, then connect the quick-connect terminal plugs.

Pro-Tip: To make hanging the unit safer and easier, always install the individual crystal strands and bottom crystal spheres after the fan base is fully wired, mounted, and secured to the ceiling. Attach the crystals carefully from the inside layers out according to the included mapping pattern.

Slide the upper canopy up to the ceiling and lock it onto the bracket with the decorative screws.

Maintenance & Care Guide

Proper care ensures the mechanics remain completely silent and the crystals keep their brilliant luster over time.

Crystal & Metal Body Cleaning

Power Off First: Always turn off both the light wall switch and the main fan breaker before cleaning.

Dusting: Use a static duster or a soft microfiber cloth to gently clean the crystal prisms and the golden metal body every few weeks.

Deep Cleaning Crystals: For smudges, damp a microfiber cloth slightly with a mixture of water and a drop of mild dish liquid. Wipe down the crystals gently and dry them immediately. Never spray cleaners directly onto the fixture to prevent liquid from dripping into the LED panel or motor housing.

Fan Blade & Motor Maintenance

Blade Cleaning: When the fan is off, manually pull out the retractable ABS blades gently to wipe dust off both sides with a damp cloth. Keeping the blades clean prevents weight imbalances that cause wobbling.

No Oil Required: The premium all-copper inverter motor features permanently sealed, lubricated bearings. Do not attempt to add oil or lubricants to the internal motor mechanisms.

Hardware Check: Every 6–12 months, check the canopy screws and the mounting bracket attachment to ensure no vibrations have loosened the installation over time.
