Kindly note that the bike is equipped with kinetic energy feature which saves the battery energy up to 15% in transit (Can give up to 5KM or more on the Top Range Per Charge depending on the cruise range of the battery pack). This feature is activated whenever you pedal or when you apply break down hill - Best practice is to use the pedal anytime it is convenient - it is not necessary for the pedal to move the bike.

PARAMETERS NOTE

Speed: Kindly note that the parameter speed as specified is without load on the bicycle and speed varies per load on the bicycle. A 55kg load can go up to 24KM per hour on a flat and non-uphill road.

Battery: The KM distance as specified is obtained from a 55KG (The minimum weight of an adult) single-person test at 24KM/Hour on a flat and non-uphill road. Load, speeding, temperature, tire pressure, frequent braking, motor power, etc. can truncate the cruising range down to about 50% if those factors were serviced in severe condition. The specific cruising range is subject to actual load, speed, road and temperature conditions. It is advised that you keep your battery charged so as to make its operating voltage stay afloat which maximizes the motor speed. Please note that the cruising range rated per battery capacity is for one ride covering the distance and not accumulation of intermittent short rides before battery is dead - No electric bike seller will tell you this but I'm telling you so that you're not disappointed as to how it works.
