This commercial toaster should be pre-heat for 10-12 minutes, then bake 1-2 slices of bread for testing and check if the colour of the bread is what you want. If the colour is too light, and you want a darker colour, please adjust the heating button to more than""3"" gear. (Note: The toaster chain network will work slower if the color of the bread is darker).

There is a backside bread tray on the back of the toaster, pls put the hook of the back tray down, the bread will slide to the backside bread tray, pls put the hook off the back tray up after getting the bread.
