The battery packs need to be connected in series with batteries that have the right capacity, internal resistance and voltage. If the voltage is not right, the protection board will not work.

Wiring sequence

Connect B1- first, then B1+, B2+, B3+ and finally B+, and check that the P+P- voltage is consistent with the battery voltage.
