Instructions:
1. Degrease eyebrows and smooth them.
2. Apply Conditioner 1 and cover with plastic wrap. For those with sparse, soft eyebrows, leave on for 10 minutes. Neutralize the brows by gently combing them through the hair until they are close to the skin. 3. Wipe off Solution 1 and begin styling your brows.
4. Apply Solution 2, cover with plastic wrap, and leave on for 10 minutes. If your brows are well-curled, wipe off Solution 2 and begin combing them (if they are not well-curled, you can leave them on for longer than 10 minutes).
5. Wipe off Solution 2 following the desired brow shape.
