I don't like it

was not happy with the products I got from Jumia. I ordered for DC battery voltage display but what Jumia shipped to me was AC voltage display. What a disappointment. The problem was that I was in a hurry when I picked it up on Tuesday 25 August 2026 from the pickup station off Abakaliki Road Enugu, that I didn't open it at the station, trusting that Jumia will do the right thing. Then I travelled out of the State and only opened it on getting to my destination yesterday and was heavily devastated. I was excited when I saw that Jumia has DC voltage display (0 - 1000 volts) as written at the product section. This is not readily available in the open markets. What's available is AC voltage display and I have many of such in my house which I bought from open markets. So when I saw DC voltage display on Jumia I quickly paid for two pieces, only for Jumia to deliver a totally different product which is useless to me. My regards. Professor Edwin Obimma Ezike.
