Note: This product is produced with ASM2364 chip, this chip supports USB3.2Gen2X2 protocol, is 20GB, the circuit board can be removed to chethe chip model and confirm if support 20gb or not Please ensure that the host device supports the USB3.2Gen2X2 protocol. Thunderbolt 2, Thunderbolt 3, and Thunderbolt 4 are only backward compatible with USB3.1Gen2
