I don't like it

I don't like this one, the cooling fans disturbs a lot even when you on 10watt bulb. The cooling fan turns at a high speed. When a heavy load is plugged, the sound of the cooling fan becomes annoying. Not satisfied. I have used this brand before, but this one is not like the previous ones I bought before.
