1. First use

• Download the app and connect the wristband.​
• Open the Bluetooth on your phone, scan the QR code of the instruction manual through the app to download the app.​
• Connect the wristband in the app and ensure that the phone grants all permissions to the app.​
• If unable to connect, restart the wristband and try again.

        2. Startup and operation

• Press and hold the function key for 3 seconds to turn on the watch.​
• Tap or press the function key to light up the screen.​
• After restarting the wristband, the data will be cleared but saved in the app.
