To my surprise, it became unusable after just three days of normal use. It is now completely damaged and has become nothing more than trash. This experience was very discouraging and made me lose confidence in ordering products online, especially through Jumia. As a loyal customer, I feel deeply disappointed because I expected better quality and reliability from a trusted marketplace like yours. I sincerely regret making this purchase.
