It's not bad.
This is the second time I have bought this because I didn't get a better one. It's works well, but one of it makes noise when I fix it in a particular ear. Also, it's causing the skin on my ear to break. It will really be appreciated if the plastic can be less hard especially the one sitting inside the ear.
