This 15L a 3-in-1 wet & dry vacuum cleaner with blower function (also called a shop vac or wet/dry vac). It's a versatile machine designed for sucking up both dry debris (dust, dirt, hair, sawdust) and wet messes (water, spills, mud), plus using the powerful airflow in reverse as a blower to push air out.

The machine uses a high-power motor (1500W with copper windings for durability) and a fan inside the blue motor head:
Suction (vacuum mode): The fan spins and creates strong negative pressure (suction). Air + debris/water is pulled in through the hose and inlet port on the side of the stainless steel tank. The debris collects inside the 15L tank, while the air is filtered and exhausted out the other side.
Blower mode: The exhaust air is very forceful, so you redirect the hose to the exhaust port. This turns the outgoing air into a high-pressure stream for blowing leaves, dust, or debris away.
It doesn't use disposable bags in most setups like this one (it's a bagless design). Instead, it relies on a filter (usually a cartridge or foam filter inside the motor head) to keep dust from reaching the motor.
