A spoilt product!
The cylinder is in a very horrible state, unfortunately I didn't check it until after a month or there about when I wanted to make use of it... Filled gas in it and it wasted due to leakage. A horrific experience indeed.

Safety and Quality
I've learned that this is one of the safest gas cylinders. Instead of exploding during leaks like a typical gas cylinder, it melts under immense heat while the gas escapes like a spray bottle. These are fiberglass cylinders.
