baking pan
I used this for bean cake on both a gas cooker and in my air fryer. The aluminium pan works well, but the plastic cover couldn't withstand the heat. In both cases, the plastic cover shrank. If you're using it in an air fryer, you can cover it with aluminium foil instead. If you're using it on a gas cooker, simply leave it uncovered. The company should replace the plastic cover with an aluminium one.
