(1) The sample to be inspected, the kit and other equipment used are all balanced at room temperature;(2) removing the outer packaging of the kit and taking out the test paper card;(3) After taking the urine sample with a dropper, add 2-3 drops of urine sample into the sample well;(4) Observe the results within 10 minutes. The results after 15 minutes of detection were not clinically significant.
[Result judgment](1) Only one purple-red line (control line) appears in the control paper C area, indicating that there is no ovulation (Fig. 2);(2) If the test strip detects T zone (test line) and control C zone (control line), a purple-red line appears, and the test line is lighter than the control line, indicating that the LH content in urine is not at the peak level (Figure 3). .(3) If the test strip detects a T-zone (detection line) and a control C-zone (control line), a purple-red line appears, and the detection line is substantially similar to the control line or the detection line is deeper than the control line, indicating that it is close to or in LH. At peak times, ovulation is expected to occur within 12-28 hours (Figure 4, Figure 5).(4) If there is no red reaction line on the test paper card, it indicates that the test failed or the test paper card failed (Figure 6).
