Good quality, poor service

Put an order for the full black but a different colour was delivered. No manual included, took close to 4 hours to assemble all ~24 parts together. Chair quality is superb though footrest present but not too strong since it's just held up by two small plastic connectors. Material is excellent, the pillows for neck and lumbar support are nice and firm. The arm rests have a soft wrap that doesn't hurt the elbows. Would have been 5 stars but the colour tanked the ratings.
