Organically grown by Foster Farm Botanicals, this Ashwagandha Root is tinctured in organic cane alcohol (45-55%), distilled water, and a hint of organic maple syrup. Ashwagandha is a “Rasayana” or rejevunating adaptogenic herb which has been used in Ayurveda for centuries. This herb is ideal for those who are low energy, dealing with poor sleep or fatigue. Note the latin “somnifera” is akin to “insomnia” which indicates it is useful for sleep problems. Take 1ml in a little water, juice or tea, up to 3 times per day.

Ashwagandha is highly revered in Ayurvedic (Life Science of India) traditions. This extract is traditionally used to encourage vitality and increased energy, as well as promote a balanced response to stress.

Suggested usage is 30 drops (one dropper full) up to three times daily, between meals.
