G.I. Feel Better is formulated to serve as a pre-digestive bitter to stimulate the release of digestive juices and to support post-prandial peristalsis. We include TCM herbs traditionally used to resolve stasis of food, heat, dampness, qi, and Blood, to facilitate ease and comfort in the middle burner. This formula can be used in advance of a meal, following a holiday feast, or when traveling and exposed to new foods and/or microbes.*

Contains 

Organic Oregon Grape root , Organic Fennel seed, Fresh Organic Turmeric rhizome, Organic Elecampane root, Organic Cardamom fruit, Bitter Orange fruit, Fresh Organic Ginger rhizome, Cane Alcohol (40-50% ABV), Filtered Water.

Suggested Use 

Take 15-60 drops in 1/4 cup water 3-5 times daily or as directed.
