Most certainly mot as deacribed.
I ordered it because I am a bit round around the stomach area and I don't like my shirts fitted. I wear very baggy clothes and this was a disappointment. I expected 3XL to be big enough to fit my needs but in the end, especially for the price, I was disappointed. It was too much of a slim fitted 3XL rather than a free fit. If you are chubby, this is definitely not for you.
