Medium(M) would fit if you wear a UK shirt size 15/15.5. If you are unsure, take a tape rule and measure around your chest area with some allowances, if you fall between 40 and 43 inches, then a medium is great.
For large(L), if you wear a UK shirt size 16/16.5, then this would fit or if your chest size is in the range of 44-47.
For extra large(XL), chest size is 48-50 inches and For extra extra large chest size is 52-54 inches,
