Usage Instructions:

Place the white fixing wax into the groove of the gold/silver tooth.

Use tweezers to immerse the gold/silver tooth along with the fixing wax in warm water (70–80°C) for about 15–30 seconds to soften the wax.
(Note: Do not use boiling water, as it may damage the wax and render it unusable.)

Insert the gold/silver tooth into your mouth and gently bite down. The softened wax will adjust to the shape of your teeth, providing a secure and customized fit.

If the fit is unsatisfactory, repeat the shaping process until you achieve the desired result.

After each use, rinse the mouthguard with clean water, let it dry, and store it properly.

Usage Tips: Wearing a mouthguard may feel unusual at first, as it introduces a foreign object into your mouth. Persist through 2–3 uses to adapt. Always remove the mouthguard before eating and maintain oral hygiene.
