The product was received wrapped in Nylon, which is good. when unwrapped I discovered some spots where the paint was already removed and some traces of rusting on the steel legs. Moreover the plastic back cover is supposed to be fixed on the back with screws. the screws were not complete. finally the legs were twisted and the chair was not balanced on the floor until we adjusted the legs manually by forcing them back into the right position.
