Direction for Use...To prepare a 230ml  serving, pour approximately 195ml of cold water into a container While stirring, gradually add 6 level scoops (scoop enclosed ) or and mix until dissolved. A 400gram can of powder yields approximately 7 Servings of 230ml.
Storage Instruction... Store unopened can under normal room temperature conditions (not to exceed 25'C). Opened can should be covered and stored in a cool dry place, but Not refrigerated. Once opened, use content within 3 weeks. Reconstituted Ensure should be used promptly or covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
