The Perfect Cup of Senna Tea

Adults take by starting with 1/2 tsp. organic senna leaf and combine with 1 cup boiling water. Let steep 5 minutes. Strain before drinking.

We recommend drinking senna tea at night before bedtime to feel morning relief. Adults can work up to 1 tsp. dried senna leaf in a cup of tea per day if necessary.

The flavor of senna leaf is naturally bitter. Add honey or stevia to sweeten.
