Doppelherz aktiv FOR HEALTHY BONES HEART AND MUSCLES

•  NAFDAC REG NO: A7-2772
• Doppelherz Magnesium & D3 for for a normal function of your energy metabolism, nervous system and bone structure.
• An optimal supply of vitamins and minerals is an important prerequisite for the well-being and performance of our body.
• Magnesium and Ca are two vital minerals that our body needs for the activation and maintenance of numerous biological processes in the body.
• Magnesium is a mineral that the body cannot produce itself. In addition, storage is only possible to a limited extent

Magnesium

• contributes to normal energy metabolism
•  contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system
• Caltium is stored in our bones. The mineral can be released from this storage location if required (e.g. if ca intake is insufficient). Ca is therefore active in our body. It is absorbed, stored in the bone, released again and has to be replenished for compensation. Therefore, it is important to ensure a sufficient supply through food.
The German “National Consumption Study” 2008 showed that in large parts of the population the Ca supply is not optimal.

Ca

• is needed for the preservation of normal bones
• plays a role in normal muscle function
• contributes to the signal transmission between the nerve cells
• Vitamin D acts as an Ca supplement for a normal utilization of Ca
• To normal bone maintenance and to normal muscle function.
• Vitamin D can be produced by the body through regular exposure of the skin to sunlight.
• However, this self-production is often not sufficient in our latitudes.
• In case of an unbalanced diet or an increased nutrient requirement due to physical exertion (e.g. sports), a dietary supplement with Doppelherz Magnesium & Ca & D3 tablets is recommended.
• For older people and women in the menopause, supplementing these two minerals and vitamin D can be particularly important in an unbalanced diet – among other things because the organism can then no longer utilize Ca so well.
