It is rich in antioxidants, Omega-3 and minerals that provide eye defense against age related eye defects and other eye issues such as dry eyes, visual fatigue, cataracts and diabetic retinopathy. 15 mg lutein and 1 mg zeaxanthin, two powerful antioxidants that help keep healthy vision.
Additional 320 mg omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) to help maintain high omega-3 fatty acids levels in the retina, prevents and treats eye dryness.
400 µg vitamin A (725 IU) as retinyl palmitate, to help maintain night vision.
120 mg vitamin C, 18 IU vitamin E, 1.4 mg vitamin B2, 10 mg zinc, 500 µg copper and 55 µg selenium to support neutralization of free radicals that may damage retina cells.
