disposable air fryer liners measuring 160mm x 45mm, designed to keep the fryer clean by catching grease and food residue.

• Food Grade Material: They are constructed from 100% wood pulp and treated with a special oil to ensure they are waterproof, oil-proof, and non-stick.
• Heat Resistance: The liners are designed to withstand high temperatures, typically up to 220°C (428°F), without curling or burning.
• Versatile Use: Suitable for baking, roasting, grilling, and frying, these liners can be used in air fryers, microwaves, ovens, and instant pots

Specifications & Dimensions

• Base Diameter: 160mm (approximately 6.3 inches).
• Wall Height: 45mm (approximately 1.77 inches) to prevent food from spilling over.
• Compatibility: Best suited for smaller or standard-sized basket air fryers (typically 3 to 5 quarts).

 Material Breakdown

• Raw Material: Made from unbleached wood pulp, which accounts for the natural brown color.
• Coating: Double-sided silicone coating provides the waterproof and oil-proof barrier.
• Safety: Free from fluorescent agents and toxic chemicals, ensuring it remains food-safe at high temperatures.

 Critical Safety Warnings

• Never Preheating Empty: Do not add a liner during the preheating phase. Without food to weigh it down, the heating element's fan will suck the liner into the heating coil, creating a severe fire hazard.
• Weight Limit: Always ensure the food placed inside is heavy enough to hold the liner firmly to the bottom of the basket.
• Max Temperature: Avoid exceeding the package's maximum temperature limit (usually 220°C/428°F) to prevent scorching.
