Adult placement would be the standard upper right chest/lower left side, while the pediatric placement would be front and back. See diagrams on the pads for proper placement.

The CPR Uni-padz® Universal Electrodes are intended for adult and pediatric rescue circumstances, making them an adaptable addition to your ZOLL AED 3. Simply reposition the pads and activate kid rescue mode according to the instructions. These electrodes have a shelf life of five years and provide real-time CPR input for adult patients, ensuring effective and efficient rescue operations. • The ZOLL AED 3 full-colour LCD display includes graphics that coincide with the electrode shapes and colours to support proper pad placement on both adults and children.
• By simply repositioning the pads and activating the Child Mode on the ZOLL AED 3, CPR Uni-padz can be used to treat child patients 8 years of age or younger or under 25 kg (55 lbs.).
