Conveyor Belt Lacing 24" Staple Fasteners SUS304

Designed for light and medium-duty synthetic fiber core belts, Industrial Staple Conveyor Belt Fasteners feature a high tensile, stainless steel staple and extension plate design. This design separates the fastener penetration point from the belt bend line, eliminating joint fatigue at the belt attachment point.
In addition, the one-piece design simplifies hinge pin insertion by providing greater joint strength, greater resistance to impact damage, and a smoother, residue-free joint. These mechanical fasteners connect the ends of the conveyor belt and minimize conveyor downtime by allowing the belt to be installed on the conveyor without removing the conveyor system. It is commonly used in packaging, agricultural, recycling, and waste handling applications to fabricate new conveyor belts or repair existing belts on power conveyors.
