Basic Installation Instructions

Safety Warning: Turn off power at the main breaker or fuse panel before starting any installation work.

Prepare Mounting: Secure the mounting bracket to your ceiling junction box using the provided screws.

Adjust Chain Length: Set the hanging chain to your desired height and thread the electrical wires through the links up to the canopy.

Wiring Connections:

Connect the Live/Hot wire (black/smooth) to the junction box live wire.

Connect the Neutral wire (white/ribbed) to the junction box neutral wire.

Attach the Ground wire (bare copper or green) to the mounting bracket ground screw.

Secure all connections with wire nuts and electrical tape.

Mount Canopy: Attach the top canopy flush to the ceiling and tighten the lock ring.

Install Bulbs: Screw in the appropriate standard/candelabra light bulbs into the interior sockets (check max wattage on the socket label).

Hang Crystals: Attach the crystal strands/droplets to their designated inner tier loops starting from the bottom tier and working outward/upward.

Maintenance & Care

Regular Dusting: Clean dust regularly using a soft microfiber cloth, feather duster, or electrostatic duster.

Cleaning Crystals:

Turn off power and let bulbs cool completely.

Spray a mild crystal cleaner or a solution of 1 part isopropyl alcohol to 3 parts distilled water onto a microfiber cloth (avoid spraying directly onto electrical sockets).

Gently wipe each crystal prism to restore shine.

Metal Care: Wipe the gold metal frame with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, ammonia, or harsh chemical sprays, as they can damage the protective electroplated finish.

Periodic Check: Periodically inspect chain links, mounting canopy, and wiring for tightness and safety.
