GREENLAND GA is a biological nematicide formulated from a selected strain of the naturally occurring fungus Paecilomyces lilacinus CGAIPFPS-01. It is designed for effective control of plant parasitic nematodes that damage crop roots and reduce yield.

The fungus acts by parasitizing nematode eggs, juveniles, and adult females. Once applied to the soil, it attaches to the host, develops a dense mycelial network, and produces spores and infection structures that penetrate the nematode body. The fungus then invades and feeds on the internal contents, leading to the death of the nematode.

GREENLAND GA is effective against major nematode species including root-knot nematodes, cyst nematodes, golden cyst nematodes, citrus nematodes, and lesion nematodes.

Its activity is influenced by soil moisture and temperature, with high humidity supporting faster infection and control. After infection, nematodes typically die within a few days, after which the fungus continues to multiply in the soil.

By reducing nematode populations, GREENLAND GA helps protect plant roots, improve nutrient uptake, and enhance overall crop health and yield in a natural and eco-friendly way.
